New Mexico Supreme Court Sides With Contamination Plaintiffs

After a 7-year battle in the New Mexico appellate courts, the New Mexico Supreme Court has unanimously reversed an order throwing out the lupus and other autoimmune claims of over 200 plaintiffs whose homes were built on or near contaminated land where Shell conducted oil drilling operations for decades. Martin represented the plaintiffs in the New Mexico appellate courts and argued the case in the New Mexico Supreme Court.
